مكبس

مِكْبَس \ piston: a round block that fits closely inside a pipe (cylinder) in an engine; when steam or exploding gas forces it to move, it turns the machinery to which it is joined; sth. that works in the opposite way inside a pump; the machinery moves the piston and causes it to suck (or force) liquid or gas through the pipe.
